Not hitting WOT

I don't think my car is hitting WOT. I can be cruising at 20 mph, mash the gas and it only downshifts to 3rd out of OD, not 1st or even 2nd like it should. Feels like im only going 90 pecent of the way down?? Ive noticed on my other cars when i hit wot it goes nuts, my car doesnt seem to do anything..

Also make sure the throttle cable is opening the butterflies fully, when you mash the pedal. Have a friend look at it while you mash it. It does sound like the TV cable though.

Checking that the blades open fully is a two person job. Remove everything in front of the TB. Then with one person in the drivers seat press the pedal to the metal. Have your buddy then visually verify that the blades are fully opened. This is a good point.
