19 lb/hr injectors on a 350 with injector constant change?

Hey guys!

Will I be running into any major problems if I adjust my prom's injector constant to 19 lbs?

I can't afford a set of 24 lb injectors yet, but have a good set of 19 lb injectors. I don't plan on driving the truck on the freeway this way, just around the block once I get driveshafts and such installed.

It should run fine, and may even work acceptably at higher RPM so long as the pressure is adjusted. I worked on a '57 BelAir that had a 355 TPI and 19/Lb injectors. I lowered the injector constant to somewhare around 18.8, and it worked rather well up to about 5,800 RPM.

Cool, my TPI has a mild cam, so it'll need more fuel in the upper end, but if it'll work for now, sounds like a good deal!

Thanks!
