Gears in a 1989 Camaro Iroc-z

Hey i have a 1989 Camaro Iroc-z with the 350 , TH700R4 in it. I know that they came with different gears. How do I know which type of gears I have?? It would be greatly appreciated.

pull the differential cover and look. or check your rpo codes and look it up but is doubtful that they are the original gears.

There should be a tag on one of the rear cover bolts with the ratio.

should be on the inside of the console, thats where mine are. they are a bunch of letters and numbers (3 of them for example l98, g92, b2l) and they are basically an index to represent what is on and in your car. do a search for rpo codes on google and compare them to yours to find out what rpo codes resembles your gears.
