Doh, help!
One of my heads just fell over and the coolant sensor busted on it. Its the driver side and it has the slide on style plug. Is this the sending unit for the gauge?

Yes, I believe the the guage sensor is located on the driver's side head, while the coolant sensor for the ECM is on the front of the intake manifold.

Awesome, I dont think I broke it actually, just bent it and part of the plastic ring popped off. Ill have to wait till its back together to see if the gauge works.

you'd probably be better off to replace it before you finish up because if it does work, might not work right after a bang like that. it is electronic, so to speak... just my opinion...
