Engine swap

Long story short the 89 formula I was going to look at got crashed into and had a rebuilt LB9 and T5 transmission. I haven't contacted the guy about whether or not he will sell me the two but I have a questions regarding swapping that engine and transmission into my 82 TA. My 82 has the LU5 305 with the A3 transmission.
What components will I have to take from the 89 for it to work in my 82? I know an electric fuel pump is one thing and im assuming all the wiring, but what else? Thoughts comments?
Im probably going to have a shop do the swap for me and i've got about $2500 to work with, plus i'de have to put in new struts and springs. Should I just hold out and just buy another car or go for the swap?

You need,
Fuel pump, all sensors,ECM and wiring, drive shaft, emission stuff might need the headers not sure if they are the same unless you don't have emissions and you don't need them. Pretty much everything.

Doing the swap is good but what are the miles on the motor and trans? if they are to high might wanta figure something else out. Maybe find out too if the shop will repin the ECM.
