Intermittent Code 22

Okay, I followed the manual exactly. Got a code 22, reset the code started it got the code again. Reset the code, jumpered the 5v reference wire to the to the signal wire, got code 21. Reset the code, read the voltage from the TPS. It was low, at 0.29V. Adjusted the voltage to 0.54V. Also checked the reference voltage just to make sure and it was at 5.0V. Buttoned everything up went and drove it for a while, 10 minutes into the drive got code 22 again. Checked the voltage and it was 0.24V. I can't imagine that the sensor could possibly move, I know it was tight. But just to make sure, I'm going to adjust it back to 0.54V again and mark the sensors position on the TB. Also, when I adjusted the sensor the first time I checked to see where it was at at WOT and it was only at 3.1V. Isn't it supposed to be above 4V? Any ideas what I might want to try next?

Sounds like you need a new TPS. You should see more than 3.1V at WOT. I once had a tps drive lever slip on it's shaft.
