TPI height? from bottom to Top

TPI height? from bottom to Top
Anbody have the height (dimension) of a TPI from the bottom to top. I am putting a set of Garret turbos on a Firebird. Damn car is in storage, I want to figure hood clearance height...

I ran a straight edge off of the highest finned part of the plenum out to the front of the intake. I measured up from the bottom of the boss where the fuel lines bolt to the front of the intake which would be the bottom of the intake or the top of the china wall of the block. It is 9".
