running rough
I have a 92 speed density camaro 355,LT4 hot cam,24# injectors, stock intake system, stock L98 HEADS, no egr, custom chip, headers, 3" to 4" exhaust and a 6-speed. Here is my problem, If I let the car sit not running for a few minutes it wants to miss and act crazy after I start it and try to take off, tonight after it did this the idle went crazy and it started surging. I have replaced every sensor and all the connectors on this engine. Can anyone help me with this, Or do I need to just go get it tuned by a PRO. I am also running a auto comp. with this six speed just never did crazy things till I went with this engine and PROM.

Get the stuff to tune it yourself or have someone who knows what they are doing work/tune it for you.
I am also assuming the TPS and IAC have been set to spec.
The idle on a stick car is usually 750 vs 600 in gear on an auto.
Did u compensate at the TB for this?
Nother point of concern I have found, I have seen quite a few stock TPI cars exhibit exact symptoms you seem to be having(again assuming everything else is correct) and it seems to be an issue of fuel boiling off in the rails. Return system or not I have personally experieinced this and tested it by raising the pressure on the regulator and if I increased it to about 48 psi line off I no longer experienced it. Something to think about after you check out everything else.

Thanx for the info I am running about 40 psi on the fuel all the sensors are correct as best I can tell. I am wandering if it may be a glitch in the ECM since it doesn't do it all the time I am goin to get another and just see what happens.
