TPI part numbers

Hi all,

Could someone please give me the GM part numbers for the following...

Throttle body gaskets - for the plate that says "Tuned Port Injection" and the bottom gasket for where the IAC valve housing bolts on underneath

Mini torque bolts that bolt down the above mentioned plate and IAC valve housing

Torque bolts for the runners that go into the manafold and the plenum

The breather hose that goes from the right side rocker cover to the side of the throttle body.

Thanks!

Most of the TPI runner and base bolts are M8-1.25 x 30mm. There are a couple longer ones on the runners in the lower positions that fasten from the inside out, but I cannot recall their length with any certainty. They seem to be about 40-45mm.

The cheese head Torx screws for the TB cover plate are M4-0.7 x 13mm w/washers.

You can find the three-piece throttle body gasket kit just a couple hundred miles west of you on the "other" island, right here:

The hose is nothing special. It's just a 1/2" hose about 150mm long from the TB to the molded plastic (hard nylon) tube that runs along the valve cover. The plastic tube fits to a 90° rubber elbow, which fits to the valve cover adapter fitting. You should be able to piece this together easily with commonly available emissions hose and fittings. Sorry, I don't have all the GM part numbers for the pieces.

Oh. I forgot the lower cover screws. I don't recall their size, but they are smaller than the top cover screws. I'd guess they are M2.5 or M3. you'll find out when you take it apart and break them off.

BTW - I got my hands on one today and checked. The TB lower cover/water passage/IAC housing bolts are NOT smaller. They just seem that way after they've eroded away. They should be M4-0.7 x 23mm. Stainless would be really good in this area, but whatever you get, make sure you get anti-seize compound and use it liberally.

It was the TPS screws that are ridiculously small.

The CCV hose from the right valve cover to the side of the throttle body should be a 10105287. As Vader suggested, I would try and piece together a suitable replacement if I were you.

Edit: The part number I listed is for a 90-92 TPI application. The earlier TPI engines used a hose set-up like Vader described. Here's some diagrams showing the difference, http://lt1intake.com/files/vac_hose_routing.html. What's the year of the engine you are using?

This is for a 89 engine. If I turned my rocker cover around the other way, I could probably use the 90-92 hose set up if I wanted. But I'll have a go at piecing something together.

Thanks guys.

If you get in a real bind (or Australia is closed) you can cut your own gaskets from these templates:

Thanks for that Vader. I managed to find some locally in the end, but if you'd posted earlier I would have used these instead of buying them. Not to worry.
