TPI questions about wires and hose please help out

I was wondering where these 2 wires hook up to? And where this hose goes? thanks for the help. Just to let you guys know there was a 305 in here before, But when I got the car he put in a 350 in. Told me it was out of a 92 carprice I dont know if that would help. Since its a 350 and isnt all 350's about the same?

what two wires. If you are talking about a black and a tan wire at the back of the left head they are ground wires. I could go on and on about two wires untill you give us some colors, location and a picture.

A 350 and a 305 are very similar

My bad the picture was fine I had to click on it.

the plugs are from the air divertor valve and the hose that you refer to goes to the valve cover on my car. A breather hose. I have never seen it T-ed like that. let me know where all three ends go. If one is open than it is a vaccuum leak and should be pluged untill we get to the bottom of this.

dude I would base my enire reputation on the fact that those plugs go to the air divertor valve later today I am sure that someone will back me up on this. as for the hose check it out and let me know.

your smog control has been disconnected. How long have you had the car? Do you ever plan to register it in a area where you will need it? Can you get in touch with the person who has the epuipment.

It just came to me. those hoses might be from the small piping that comes off your exaust manifolds. if so then someone went through a whole lot of hassle when all they had to do is remove the pipes from the manifold and plug it up with pipe plugs.

Go check it out, it will only take a second. I have to get ready for my Marketing class(which I loath).

dude you are not serious. You can not just start pissing off senior members of this website and expect to be a whole lot of help. I pretty much do not have to work another day in my life. I have money.

I am willing to bet 3 of your cars to my one that those go to the AIR DIVERTOR VALVE.

If you do not like the answer that you will get then do not ask the question. BUY THE HELMS MANUAL. Did you even check where the vaccuum hose goes. Dude you have not been here long enough to start acting like the info that I gave you is not good enough.

I have 5 third gen builds under my belt. I took offense to that if you can not tell

I agree with this.

Divertor valve (smog pump) connectors and the hose "should" go to the PCV valve on the passenger side valve cover. And it isn't spliced (t-ed) from the factory like yours appears to be.

I cant seem to get a picture downloaded on here. But the air diverter/smog pump wiring is on that passenger side towards the botton there. If it is disconnected, you should check and see if it has been eliminated all together and had the belt rerouted or if it is just sitting there dead now but still being spun by the belt. If the wires and rest of it arent hooked up, I would dump it altogether and reroute the belt with the shorter belt...asuming you dont have to pass emissions where you are.

The tube you have an aarow to goes to that side valve cover in the back...part of the pcv system. If i can get pics to work, Ill try and post one.

----------
Also, if you eliminate any of that emissions crap, youll have to get your PROM reprogrammed to accomodate it...
