How TPI and LTR works ???

A long time ago there was a link here somewhere to a site that explained the theory behind the TPI intake and the Long Tube Runners and the pulse it creates to boost low end torque. I have been searching all over for this and now luck. Anyone out there have a link to it?

Thanks

I believe the theory is all about the volume amount that helps to create such good low end torque.
