what else will i need?

im considering buying a TPI manifold w/ injectors. besides a ECM and wiring harness what else do i need to put this in a carbd car?

Axle/Gears: 3.08,3.73,3.42
injected cylinder heads have a different bolt hole pattern in the center you should change the heads but if not you can butcher the intake to fit
you willl also need a efi distributor

you need a knock sensor located in the block which you can take out the block drain plug a stick knock sensor in place. also an o2 sensor will be require and maybe a mass air flow unless your tpi is speed density

thanks man im still not sure if i wanna go with the TPI or stick to a carb. how hard is it to convert it?

oh yeah what type of fan are you using,as far as sensors go oil pressure is different and electric fan needs a sensor as well as the coolant temp to the computer is located in the intake that should cover most of your sensor but how do you plan on suppling fuel tpi is a tank mounted pump and if memory is right is about a 45 psi system

hmmm no clue on the fan and i planned on using an inline pump for now

if you plan on a convert find a donor car so you can get the fuel line.tank,harness etc and this may provide you some info on placement of the parts on your car if you have alot of time and a donor it won't be to hard but if you go in blind and try to piece it together it could be bad
