What cam would be good for my application?

Ok- I need a new cam- mine is junk lol!.. I am wanting to go with something that would be the equivalent of a "hot cam" and still give me low end torque and power.. I was looking at a lunati hyd. flat tappet cam( b/c i already bought lunati hyd. flat tappet lifters)

The lunati specs are as follows:Brand: Lunati
Product Line: Lunati Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshafts
Cam Style: Hydraulic flat tappet
Basic Operating RPM Range: 2,000-5,500 RPM
Intake Duration at 050 inch Lift: 224
Exhaust Duration at 050 inch Lift: 224
Duration at 050 inch Lift: 224 int./224 exh.
Advertised Intake Duration: 290
Advertised Exhaust Duration: 290
Advertised Duration: 290 int./290 exh.
Intake Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.460 in.
Exhaust Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.460 in.
Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.460 int./0.460 exh. lift
Lobe Separation (degrees): 112
Intake Valve Lash: 0.000 in.
Exhaust Valve Lash: 0.000 in.

Would this be a good cam to go with, or does anyone have any other reccomendations?
My engine specs are in my sig. w/a 9.5:1 compression ratio forged flat top pistons, Vortec Large port heads, High flow TPI stuff and what not..

Thanks!!!

I am not sure of the I/E ratio of them heads but , with most GM heads they have a weak exhaust so I would recomend a split pattern cam at the least, to make up for that bias.

You got the flow numbers on them ?
