WHAT THE???

i went to the junkyard and found a fire bird with a H.O motor. the engine had a intake manifold with two carbs accross or diagonal from each other. is this stock on the H.O's>? i was thinking of picking that up, is that better or not than the tpi?

Say why its junk!! The motor itself i would buy and keep it if you get it for dirt cheap because there is people out there that will pay good money for that. But as for changing out ur eng. for that crossfire no way buddy the TPI 350 L98 was the eng. that replaced the old crossfire model and they have more problems then the tpi

not worth much

I read the intake ports were too small to make any decent power. On the manifold at least. Not sure of heads. It looks cool. I was thinking of trying to put carbs on it like the old DZ302 Z28 crossram. Figure that is what they were trying to inspire with it.
Maybe putting a weiand action plus on it and a four barrel would make it drivable?
