water pump Q

Hi guys I'm new to the forum. I'm putting a TPI in my wrangler and was wondering what size water pump it takes? Short, or long?
I will be running the stock serpentine system setup on it from a 89 firebird.
Thanks

typically its long and reverse rotation.
but what ever fits you app, long/short wise you can use, but then if you use short, the belts wont work, unless you used a vette setup??

Thanks, I bought a long version aluminum pump off e-bay.
I think it should work fine.
