Ok, the car was sitting for a few years, I bought it not running. It cranks over and has strong spark. unless its a super quiet fuel pump I dont hear it when I turn the key on... si I think that may be the problem, It supposedly ran great when It was put into storage ( the motor has 500 MI on it, I have all the reciepts, and the block is a very clean white, you can tell it was painted when it was all apart because the bolts arn't white...and no overspray on anything else)
So, from what i've learned using the "search" is that it could be the fuel pump relay, the oil pressure switch or the pump itself.... on post said to jumper the "ALDL" to test the pump... how do you do that? any other ideas what it could be? Its a M5 if it matters... (and its a 305 tpi unit on a 350, it has accel 30Lb injectors as well) Thanks!

 

Check the fuse by the battery, this feeds the ecm and fuel pump circuit.

30# injectors won't prevent it from starting, but if your running the stock chip
it'll run pig rich. The stock chip is looking for 22# injectors

 

hook 12v to the G term. of the ALDL.

I would get rid of the accel (had no luck with them)
