LT-1 fuel rails on TPI

I've got a TPI that's just the base, I also have a complete LT-1 intake. I'm wanting to use the LT-1 rails on the TPI base, along with the TB from the LT-1. I have reasons for wanting to use these other then I just have them, notably the placement of the lines would be better for swapping into a TBI based vehicle. The bolts align perfectly for the rails on the engine, however this is what has me concerned. The injectors are at an ever so slight angle (probably 15 degrees between them) in the intake. Looking at the LT-1 rails, they look like they're machined this way, there's an angle milled into them. This brings me to my questions; A)has anyone ever tried this before. and B)should I be concerned about this angle?

About all you can do is fit up one side and try it. The large cross-secion 'O' rings used on GM injection are very forgiving.

I threw a rail on there, and it passed the "gumout" test (you spray on the top and if you can feel it on the bottom it leaks) but the bolts appear to be too small. guess I'll have to figure that out, I'm thinking that the regulator may run into clearance issues with the runners/plenum. Only have the base for this motor so I guess I'll check when I get more parts.
