305 chip in 350

I have the right chip on the way. But will this cause the RPMs to drop bad (almost to the point of stalling) when you put in gear? (it dose idle a little high in park 1200 RPMs)

ALL sensors are new, and set, but the idle air was set while the motor was cold, should I reset it while the motor is warm?

You will be richer at idle, as the prom you are using, has an injector constant set for the #19s. Only problem now is that the #22s are being held open for the same amount of time (PW), as the #19s would be.

Just wait for the new chip.

Sort of a smiliar question here...just out of curiosity really...if you have 19lb injectors on a 350 how much leaner would it run that normal? I have a 350 block, 305 heads and 305 intake setup with 19lb injectors. I have a custom burned chip to compensate, but I was just wondering how lean it would run with a stock 350 chip?

No way to really know. Connect a scanner and read the BLMs. Go for a ride with a WBO2, to see what the AFR is. Without checking, its all just a guess.

I figured as much...I knew it would lean it, but how much I wasnt sure. Just in case I ever fry the ecm/chip I thought it might be good to know if stock replacements would get me by...Ill only know if it ever happens I guess :-p

There's hardly any difference in a 305 automatic chip vs a 350. The injector constant is the biggest one, also the 350 has a more aggressive spark table for more power. I used a 305 5-speed chip in my 350 with 22 lbs injectors and the car ran just fine. The biggest deal is having injectors that are larger than what the chip thinks they are, that will make you run rich.
Also at idle and cruising, the fuel needs are so little you'll be ok. Its at wide open throttle that you will need more fuel.

I got the new chip installed, and the car runs real good. (TPIparts.net)
No stalling or whatnot.

thanks to all that posted,
