vaccum problem

One day as i was going over the vaccum lines in the car, replacing the necessary ones, i noticed that the heater valve vaccum line had no vaccum. Where does this line recieve its vaccum from? I went near the MAP sensor vac line, that 3 way line and checked to make sure all those were good because it looked like the heater valves line was a part of those, but all checked good. Can anyone help me out?

That comes from the HVAC control valve in the interior.

sorry vader, im having trouble reading that...can you help me out alittle bit more? The vaccum source comes from the interior of the car? Im guessing it draws vaccum from the intake and then diverters it to where it needs to go?...is that what the HVAC thing is?...like a diverter?
