Best Gaskets for Ede Runners

Hey all. What's the best fitting/lasting gaskets you've found for the Edelbrock HiFlow runners and base? Theirs are $35 from Summit. I'm having a time with vacuum leaks from runner gaskets not sealing well. I've tried TPIS large tube runner ones, other F.I shops large tube runner, and stock ones. Have any ideas? Thanks.

Belive it or not the stock gasket will work. I paid $20 for a SLP gaskets and found they were idenical to the stock ones from Autozone.

Ok, thanks. It will be a lot cheaper too. Did you trim them out for the bigger "holes"?

The ones I used for the "BIGGER"holes were the Mr. Gasket # 146 . They are ment for the bigger runners.

Sure the stock ones "work "but they cut off the flow , so why use them ?

Dang, they're cheaper and better looking than Ede's! I never thought they even made them. Thanks for the tip.

He means the bigger runners have bigger openigns, and the stock gasket cuts into that is all. They're probably only about 1 1/2" inches or so.

After a LOT of searching, I found the correct info at that "chevythunder" site. You need TWO driver's side gaskets for the Edelbrock Hi-Flow runners! The smaller ones that go to the intake and EGR passages. They have a nice set of pictures there too. Guess what I'm doing tomorrow.......
