TPI ram air boxes?

TPI ram air boxes?
Has anyone used the Air Boxes that Hawk's 3rd gen makes? Do they work? Are they worth $100 bones or can something be made that work just as good?

I have them after trying the homemade ways.It looks real clean and real easy to install.Just don't drive the car in the rain.

Engine: 5.7 350 TPI - SLP Runners, AFPR, MSD Goodies
Transmission: 700R4 - Shift Kit, Corvette Servo
Axle/Gears: BW 9 bolt, 3.27s
Not worth the 100 bucks. A better 100 investment would be an AFPR or new muffler. Or put that 100 into some new tires or SLP Runners, or in your case steeper gears.
