ZZ9 or XFI 268 cam?

This will go on a 350 TPI with AFR 180s, 1.6 RR, ported Edelbrock base, AS&M runners, ported plenum (Corvette Plenums) and 52mm TB. Tune will be custom of course. I heard good things and HP/TQ numbers from both of these cams. Car will be a semi daily driver. I will not ditch LTR as I can sacrifice some HP over TQ and I like the look of LTR. It is a stick shift application. Which do you think will perform better? By how much? Tks

XFI 268 specs
Operating Range: 1800-5800 RPM
Duration Advertised: 268° Intake / 276° Exhaust
Duration @ .050'' Lift: 218° Intake / 224° Exhaust
Valve Lift w/1.6 Rockers: .570'' Intake / .565'' Exhaust
Lobe Separation Angle: 113°

ZZ-9 HydraulicRoller:
Intake Exhaust
Advertised Duration 282 287
Duration at .050 212 226
Gross Lift .483 .520
Lobe Separation 112

IMO I think the XFI might be too radical for a daily driver.

The ZZ9 cam has done well in my car. Managed to get 330RWHP with one. Idles nicely almost like stock. However I feel I'm at the limits of the cam. My current build up will have the 218XFI cam in it. By the way the 218XFI has an advertised duration of 268 degrees and the ZZ9 has an advertised duration of 282 degrees on the intake side. I believe the 268XFI will idle just fine.

1989GTATransAm; Are the 330hp with the Trickflow heads?
I think I have seen someone else (Madmax?) here who also did 330+hp with the XFI cam. That would be perfect for me (300-330rwhp). But why similar numbers with such a difference in lift between the two? If I go with the XFI I will need to upgrade the springs. Now I feel more inclined to the ZZ9 because I can run it with the stock AFR heads srpings. Any comments?

Madmax and myself have virtually identical power numbers including torque. The main difference is that he is using stock TPI runners and a bigger cam and I'm using SLP siamesed runners with a much smaller cam. By the way we were on the same dyno on the same day.

Yes the 330rwhp is for out of the box Trick Flow heads with the dual springs. The dual spring version will handle the higher lift and is good up to .600 lift. Madmax is running the 230XFI cam and AFR heads.
