EGR vacuum suply line?
Ok, I always answer people's questions so not it's my turn to ask one.
I got a '91 TPI setup. The EGR vacuum supply line runs from the solenoid in the back (under the coil) to the TB. It's connected to a nipple on the bottom of the TB, front driver side. But with the engine running, there is no vaccum in that nipple.
I took the TB off and blew into the nipple and air came out of the FRONT of the TB. I'm puzzled.
The EGR valve is controlled by vacuum (and an electric solenoid) so no wonder my computer is thowing 32 (EGR) code when there's no vacuum there.
Can anybody help with some answers, please?

There will be no vacuum at that port during idle. Im not sure why but rasie the rpm to about 1500 to 2000 and feel that port and vacuum will start at that port. Its only drawing a vacuum at part throttle cruise. Go throught the GM code 32 chart I had the same problem and had a bad solenoid.

i had the exact problem... i removed the hex screws from the "tuned port" plate. and discoved the small gasket was bad and that the vacume was leaking out and not going down through the nipple. there is a small chamber in there that sends vacume to that nipple. i fixed it with a small bit of forma gasket and bam.. i got vacume you could then replace the gasket. it worked for me. try it
