hello. First off, great site. I've spent a couple days here browsing around before I decided to post up. I can't find any answers using the search feature, so here we go.
1989 Corvette Block with Corvette TPI setup.
1991 Camaro ECM.
I had this setup running PERFECT 2 years ago.. I took it out of a CJ-5 jeep, and there she sat.
Well, 2 years has passed, and I put it into a new rock crawler/jeep. It was very well stored, and I cleaned it up all pretty, put on new headers, new oil pan, blah blah..
Anyways, I now have it in my buggy. After doing the wiring, I was all excited, and turned it over.. Nothing.
I am getting 46PSI of fuel to my rail*
I am getting VERY STRONG spark*
I have a very strong optima yellow top delivering 12.7 volts through the crank cycle*
My injectors fire perfect while testing with a noid light. (I tested both banks)*
My injectors ohm out between 16.4-16.8*
I put in a brand new distributor yesterday (I wasn't getting pulses to my ECM during crank cycle to trigger injector pulse)
AND I AM NOT GETTING ANY FUEL INTO THE CYLINDERS!
The thing runs like a champ when fuel is misted into the intake..
I am at a loss for ideas. I've tried alot of different things, including forcing fuel up around 55psi thinking the injectors needed more fuel to start..
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

because this is not in a thirdgen, this post will probably be locked or deleted soon.
my bet is the injectors are stuck closed. this happens when they sit un-used for very long.
you will need to trigger them & lightly tap on them with like a 1/2 inch wrench at the same time to get them freed up, replace them, or send them out.
triggering them & then tapping on them will do no good, it must be done at the same time. the best way to do it is to use a tool designed to trigger the injectors one at a time.

Yes, but it won't help. The injectors are getting thier signal as shown by the noid light.
You apparently have a physical problem with the fuel moving. Personally I'd make sure fuel was moving through the rail and that the pressure wasn't dropping immediately upon attempted startup.

Well if I can be of any help I had the exect same problem. My tpi injectors sat for who knows how long with bad gas in them. Long story short injectors had pulse, ohmed out perfectly, but the pintel valve inside the injector was stuck closed. (the injector would not open with the ecm pulse) I have a pulse generator and fuel injector cleaner so i cleaned them out myself and they are as good as new. my suggestion is new injectors of have them cleaned.
