brake and rpm

anyone notice an rpm drop when the brake is pressed? i dont know if it is normal. when in neutra... i can press the brake pedal and the rpm drop by like 200.

Also, sometime my rpm are at 500 and NOT in drive. In drive it is always at 450 - 500 rpm.

Vaccum leak?

If you're driving and the rpm drops when the brake pedal is pressed, that is because the torque converter clutch (TCC) is unlocking, which is normal. The park/neutral idle speed is 50-100 rpm higher than the drive idle speed as programmed in the chip.
