stock base timing?

Need to know the stock timing on an 89' 305 tpi firebird. Any help would be appreciated.

at what rpm? if it is at idle what is proper rpm idle for a 305 tpi with m/t.

Axle/Gears: Always the good ones

550-575 if auto.

About 99% sure manuals were 700-750rpm.
