High idle and IAC
I followed the IAC adjustment tech article and did what it said. The idle on my engine is way too high even after doing the IAC procedure. The procedure didnot make a bit of difference. I cleaned the IAC per the tech article prior to the adjustment. I searched the forum and didnot find what I was looking for as to help. Any suggestions as to what the problem is? Thanks, Badman

Was it high before/after or both.
Did u do the reset procedure on warmed up car?
Did you have other issues or codes before attemping this?
Did you clean the entire TB out?
later

Found the IAC valve was not extending out properly. If it does'nt seat all the way down in the IAC manifold it allows too much air to flow through the idle circut, hence high idle. Clean it out per Vaders tech article and then do the adjustment procedure. It should idle high then come down slowly as it adjusts while running. If not, it may be sticking or just not working at all. Badman
