I forget the head specs.
there is an order as well as a torque spec in at least 3 stages. I also like to let sit overnite and back all bolts off and retorque them in order.
All intake bolts u can set at 35pounds in 3 stages, again there is an order from center out to follow.
18 ft lbs will do for all runnerplenum/tb bolts.

Head bolts are 65 ft/lbs for a small block. You go up in 3-4 steps: 35, 45, 55, 65 is what I do. If you use a non-hardening sealer on the bolts you can then let it sit overnight, break them loose one at a time and take them straight back to 65 again. All composite head gaskets "settle" to some extent, regardless of what they say on the package, so I always do a re-torque the next day. You'd be surprised how much further they turn down on the re-torque- almost a full flat on the bolt head sometimes.
Intake bolts are much less torque- I'm going to guess 30, but I've never used a torque wrench on anything but main caps, rods and head bolts. Everything else I do by feel.
