88 Iroc 350 TPI, New too the TPI Scene, advice please
Any natural Weak points in the system? Mine is still Mass Air flow, speed density is the way too go? I just bought this thing yesterday, learning what I can. I've been in my 83 z28 CFI for 3 years now so I am pretty familiar with that system. I know little about TPI. Pointers would be cool.

I personally like the MAF systems better, because you don't have to program your chip for every little modification to get the results. The MAF reads the air going in and adjust itself to a certain degree. You can do most the basic mods and not have to change the stock chip. Speed density was only good for 5ph stock. But, there are good points to both systems.
What do you mean by weak points? Like the crappy exhaust, small intake, long narrow runners, and a plenum that leaves much to be desired.
Do some searches and you find all sorts of good reads on TPI or some other guys will chime in.
Congrats on the new car.

Honestly, heres your best bet.
Learn to tune while the car is still stock. A decent amount of power and mileage to be had right there from the get go.
Then work on the exhaust, headers, catback, highflo cat if required.
Then begin to work on serious engine mods.
Also you will be able to extract the most from it that way.
Any of the above is assuming the car is 100% mechanically and electrically sound to begin with :-)
