How well would this work on my stock bottom end 350 with flattops, 1 5/8 hedman longtubes, TPiS bigmout base, ported plenum and runners. I want to keep the TPI setup.
I'm up to 14 hours of searching and all I've come up with is that I either need to start asking questions or search even more.

For starters, the chambers are way too big, esp. with an aluminum head. I'd be looking for something with a 58cc chamber in your shoes if it's a stock L98 short block, at least in aluminum. Either that or if you're intending to put a blower on those would probably work ok, but even so I'd probably go down to 64cc If you're looking to budget ~2K for a set of heads, you should be able to have your pick of a lot of heads. I definitley don't think I'd wanna use those unless I had some serious siamesing done to the runners and/or base, I'd stick with 180cc runners or thereabouts.

Almost stock bottom end. I have Mahle flattops.
Summit won't substitute parts in the kit so I guess I'm going to have to piece something together.
So 58cc aluminum heads with flattops? Wouldn't my compression skyrocket?
Why 180cc runners as opposed to 190 or 195?
