just picked up a motor, need opinons

well, since i popped the 355 that was in my car its just been sitting for about 2-3 months. im picking up a 350 and a 400 crank for free tomorrow, but its a non roller. so im wondering if i should spend the money to put a roller cam in it or just get a flat tappet cam. any suggestions? if you suggest a flat tappet can you recomend a certain one? ive got a good exhaust, HSR intake, and 3.27s out back.

The machine shops that I work with now strongly advise to "go roller" due to the reduced amount of wear preventative (zinc) additives in todays oils.

I agree, "Roller" is the way to go.
