Do you have a fastener supply shop in your area? They'll have 'em I'm sure. I've never NOT found a fastener that I needed at one of those places.

What is the thread size? I have a stripped screw also, and have tried to find a repalcement and could not. These little screws are something like a 4.5mm thread. Sears, Lowes and Home Depot do not carry this funky size.

are you sure the throttle body isn't stripped out instead of the 2 bolts? Any way you might try Ace Hardware or some type of hardware store, most of them have all kinds of screws or bolts in metric sizes, usually in those plastic boxes on a rack.

I know you have this solved already, but the 2.8 V6 F-bodies use the same screws on their TPS. Very easy (unfortunately) to find one of those in a junkyard and score the screws from it.
