The ol check engine light

Long story short, she was sitting all winter. I hadn't even started the car for at least a few months. I had to move it the other day, popped inside of her and of course the battery was dead. So I jumped it, and she started a little rough than usual and the check engine light was on. Also the A/C kept clicking on and off. After she warmed up a little she ran pretty smooth but the check engine light was still on.

I have no idea how to check the codes and what not, and the search gave me nothin. I'm not working with carbs no more... So whatta I do guys?
