this code has been haunting me for a while now.... its maf burnoff relay, and i just dont know what to do..... do you guys think the actual MAF sensor could have to do with this code or no?

It actually means what it says the relay is bad not the sensor. We had this code on our GTA and didn't find out it was the relay until after we changed the sensor and read the service manual. We changed the relay and never had a problem again. $10 from advance. I just don't remember which one it was on the firewall.

i'm having the exact same problem with my 87 iroc-z the only thing i havn't done is change the ecm or e-prom let me kno how you make out.

it ended up being my ECM, i changed it and my problem was solved....... this has happened to me before though
