No Voltage coming out of TPS and code 22
Ok I'm having problems with my TPS....just the other day I had the car towed home for stalling on me in an intersection then it would crank but wouldnt start...got it home jumped the connector to get a code out of it showed a 22 and 34...so ive been trying to diagnose the 22 seeing i talked to a mechanic I used to work with and he said the 22 could have set off the 34 as well...so I go and hook up my volt meter to the TPS as shown in the article that vader wrote a while back and ive adjusted the tps before with no problems, well it was showing 0 couldnt even get a reading. Check the connector seems fine, checked the ground to the pcm on the firewall thats tight so I go ahead and replace the TPS with a brand new one, same thing nothing!!! I ended up clearing the codes trying to set my IAC but couldnt even do that because it said unplug the IAC and start engine and it wouldnt even fire...all of this was also done while car was under operating temp....im so stumped right now dont know what to do i can drive the car fine but after i put some miles on it itd just going to do the same thing...please help, thanks...BTW the car is a 350 mild build with a HSR autom atic if thats of any help....thanks
