Confused. Can DFI be used w/ "normal" TPI system?

Hmmm...all the stuff I've seen has DFI being used on superrams, mini rams, etc. Can it be retrofitted onto TPI? How about MPFI (i.e. V6's)?
DFI replaces or interfaces with your factory ECM, so you can use it on almost anything. Several configurations available...

Yes, what GMI Fast said. The DFI replaces your existing computer. It then allows you to program the fuel and timing tables for your specific combination. It doesn't matter if you have 8 cylinders or 1. I have one with my TPI 350.
