3.23--3.42 gear swap is it worth the time

i am installing a solid crush sleeve and a new slp posi unit also an aluminum cover to keep things rigid i am currently running 3.23's and have a set of 3.42's on the shelf am wondering if i should swap when i install the new posi unit.the car is a weekend cruser that seldom go's on trips longer than 200mi.if i change i also need a new speedo driven gear to correct the speedo.do i need anything else?

if you have em laying around, go ahead and through em in, not much more work if your alread putting a new carier in. i put 3.42's in my car, its not that much of a difference, but if you have em, why let em sit around???????

I agree, If you've got them, use them. Especially if you've got the mods you've got, and spend a fair amount of time on the highway, It'll be fine. Thats how I went, and I've been satisfied.
