I got a new video camera and recorded this little clip of my 87 GTA idleing. I think it has a decent little lope to it, it definatly performs well.
Here are the specs:
355 block
Comp Cams Xtreme Xfi268 roller cam
World Sportman II heads
9:8:1 compression
Intake is HSR with 58mm throttlebody and 24# injectors
Hooker 2055 headers and hooker aero catback
LS racing chips tune

Yes, that does sound very cool! I have that same cam...waiting on headers to install it; I want to install the AFR 195's, XFI268h13, 1.6 rockers and Dyno Don's headers at one shot.

It has less .050 duration but almost the same .200 duration so, the XFI has the aggressive lobes that make it sound so mean. I have the 274 XFI in my 383 with 10.6:1 compression.

What was the engine idle speed set at during that sound clip? By the way, how happy were you with the LSR Tune?

around 750, overall I was happy with it, it had some bucking around 2000 rpm cruising though.

Nice! That sounds like a 3" exhaust. Below is my XFI-268 in a different car. I have AFR 180 heads in a 355 10:1 with roller rockers, 52mm, AS&M runners, Edelbrock base, ported plenum, shorty 1 1/2" headers and 2.5" exhaust.
