Cold starting prob.! HELP

First off the mod.'s
Summit TPI cam
World Torquer 305 heads
Ported plenum
SLP 1 5/8 headers
SLP catback
This is my wifes 86 305 IROC.
Before the upgrades, you could turn the key through the window and the car would start on
the first or second rev. when cold.
Now the car spins like the coil wire is unhooked but does finally start.
Then even after sitting for 5 or 6 hours it will start fine! Only starts hard after sitting overnight.

Any help out there?

Thanks, Troy

Lets start with the simple stuff.
Have you checked the timing?
Changed the plugs, wires, distribrutor cap and rotor?
Reset you IAC and TPS voltage?

Sorry not trying to be rude just need to know what you've done.

If that was done the maybe clean the injectors?
Good Luck!
