Heater bypass removal
Attached pic
I did this to my TBI but the TPI is slightly different
Do I cap RED and connect GREEN to PURPLE?
Also if i delete the entire heater system...
Remove the fittings and plug/cap the waterpump and intake
That cover it?

Re: Heater bypass removal
I first bypassed the TB and then removed the heater valve completely (I've replaced 3 of those in the past two years) and ran a hose from the fitting on the front of the baseplate to the heater core inlet and then another hose from the core outlet back to the radiator. This was done when I swapped from TBI to TPI.

Re: Heater bypass removal
For mine I bought a new non AC pipe so i didn't have to cap the red hose.
If you remove everything the water pump already should have a plug in it. You just need to plug the one in the intake, and then the one on the radiator.
