decode ecm number?

decode ecm number?

I'm looking at buy a tpi set up but the dude doesn't know what year it came out of but says it was out of a 350. the number in the photo looks like 01227165.

help?

Going from memory here but; I believe the "165" ecms were installed from 1986 to 1989. It was used on "MAF" type systems. 1985's had an oddball ecm, and 90-92's used a MAP sensor. (I think those were 730's)
