Just spoke to SPDC about Vortec-TPI base

Now they're saying it probably won't be available until March. I've been watching this since last March. He did say there was a good possibility we could get a better price with a Group Purchase - assuming people are still burning fossil fuels by the time this intake is released. And I thought the company I worked for was slow to bring products to market...

it has been in the works since last october. it is even slower than you thought. there are alot of things that they have to deal with like finding a way to use the stock fuel rails on this manifold. also injector targeting is a problem as well. then there is the whole EGR thing. wich i don't really like. It did not take them this long to come out with the cast iron vortec carb manifold. Who knows when it will be out. if they had come out with the intake sooner i would probly have the heads on my car already.

High flow base. What would be the point of making it the same as stock?
