Dyno results with LT4 Hot cam....
The results were thouroughly dissapointing. I really need to reprogram my computer badly. I've never seen a torque curve shaped like a triangle before, have you?
Obviously either the car isn't getting enough fuel up top, or the timing isn't advanced far enough. I'm going to have to make a few runs with my scanner hooked up to get an idea of what's going on, and then start in on programming myself a new chip.
I hope it's just the computer that is really killing the top end on the motor. I knew the intake would choke it some - but I don't think it'd be that dramatic.

ZZ4 bottom end, Edelbrock 6085 heads, LT4 HOT cam, GMPP 1.6 RR's, ported stock TPI, SLP 1 3/4" headers, no cat, Dynomax cat-back, Stock PROM

Wow! You need a new chip or something.
My stock 92Z28 305TPI convt but down
220.5hp @4500 to the rear wheels
with 313.5ft/lb torque @ 2500.
That was with hollow cat, ported plenum intake and runners.
You have WAY more potential then that.
Time to play with timing, fuel pressure etc.
My dyno sheet spiked at like 2800, dipped at 3000 and spiked back at 3100. Something with the dyno computer.

Oh.. my.. god. You still have the stock chip? Ditch that thing! My car wouldn't even run with it. Your car is almost exactly like mine except that I have a ported Super Ram manifold with everything else stock. I haven't dyno'd it yet.. I'm still waiting to get the rest of the Super Ram. Do you have an AFPR? If not get one.. I turned my fuel pressure up and it made an enormous difference in top end power.

Rob, yeah I know there's way more potential there, I was really disappointed with the results today.
Mike, our setups are almost identical aren't they? Yeah, I have an AFPR, but I don't have a pressure gauge, so I haven't messed with it much yet. And I also just got TunerCat so I can start burning my own chips here shortly. What chip are you running in your car? Is it aftermarket, or is it a custom burn? Either way if you have the .bin file for it could you e-mail it to me? Thanks...
