Q's on L98 engine

Did the heads have straight or angled spark plugs? I thought straight but the AFR page has them as being angled.

Which head (alum/iron) will fit a stock L98 short block without hitting the piston with a cam speck similar to the ZZ4 cam? I'm looking at the afr 190s (alum) and edelbrock (alum) but I really have no preference between aluminum and cast iron.

The aluminum ones are angled plugs.
Either head will work with that cam except maybe clearance from the valve locks to the valve guide.
