Number one cylinder not firing!!

i am not getting the number one cylinder to fire. i checked the plug wire its good. spark plug is good injector is spraying fine. what could it be? any suggestions?

You have spark though the plug? Pull the plug, turn it over (with plug in the wire) and see if it sparks between the electrode.

You sure you have the plug wires routed correctly?

If so, then could be an issue with the valves, maybe a burnt one...a compression check might then be in order.

Well it's either spark, fuel or compression. If you are sure that it's getting a good spark under cylinder pressure and that the injector is spraying, then I would do a compression check.
