i am planing on removing my A/C soon. what does that involve? i thought it was as simple as pulling it out and getting a difernt sized belt. That last post about the 1LE option made it sound like you need to put some sort of replacement pulley in. also if i take out the A/C i am going to pull out the blower motor too. is there and kind of bolt on cover for the fire wall?

Yes there is a 1LE idler pulley and no-ac firewall plate (often referred to as a 1LE part though it was used on all thirdgens w/o air.) I think that both parts can be bought new from the dealer.
