SR, AFR 190, LPE 219 cam car dies while stopped in gear

Just got off the phone w/ the shop that installed my new SR, AFR 190s, LPE 219 cam and they said the car is running well except it dies while stopped in gear (ie stopped at a red light in D or in R). The shop said that a higher stall converter (stock right now) will be needed to fix the problem. Is this the only solution or could something else be wrong/adjusted? Thanks for any help...

check the IAC.
have the idle settings changed on your chip.
check if tranny fluid is low.

With your new mods, especially the SR(SuperRam), the minimum air must be reset along with the TPS voltage and static base timing. There is a specific method for this, it is located in the tech articles, check them out.

Also, you should have a custom chip made for your engine and I'm NOT talking about an Hypertech chip.
