You'll have 0 problems the MAF ecm should compensate just fine. I'm assuming this is an 87 up LB9? It has to be for the LT1 cam to work out. The ECM's should be hot enough to run fine with no changes to it. I myself would DEFINETLY port the base and plenum before I dropped the motor in.
