rough idle 305 TPI HELP!

the car is a 91 z28 w/ a 305 5speed.the car starts fine but when it warms up (close loop)the idle is rough like it has a mild cam.when i hit the throttle the car bogs and then it revs up.the fuel pressure does not drop when i do this.i've replaced the following:

cap and rotor
spark plug wires(MSD 8.5)and plugs
o2 sensor
MAP sensor
TPIS
removed throttle body & IAC cleaned w/ throttle body cleaner
fuel filter
have steady fuel pressure
sprayed intake base for leaks
checked cat to see if it was clogged ran car w/ open pipe did same thing

any ideas would be a BIG HELP!

Take attention at the advance timing, not only set the initial timing at 6º BTC, also look what happen when you reconect the test wire. At this time the advance should be about 16-20º.
