Car stumbles and dies!! Help

Last week my when I started my car after school, it started running like crap. It started ok, but it just didn't want to stay running, unless I gave it a lot of gas. It was very hard to drive because it constantly wanted to die. Besides wanting to die, it drove really slugish, like it wasn't getting near enough gas. It gave a code, which has since gone away. I don't remember the number (my stepdad checked), but it had to do with the O2 sensor and running lean. The fuel pressure is ok when the car is ON but not started. I'm wondering if it could be the fuel pump?? Does good fuel pressure on an unstarted engine necessarily mean the fuel pressure will be good when the engine is started? What else good it be? Thank you.

Try changing the O2 sensor first.

My stepdad says the O2 sensor itself is ok...

I had the same problem on my GTA when I first bought it. The problem was that the injectors were dirty so I used TL-3 Fuel Injector Cleaner(two treatments)to clean them and the problem went away just like that. Now it doesn't mean that this might be what's wrong with yours but before you start spending a lot of money, try cleaning the injectors.
BTW, other cleaners might work too.

We did a diagnostic check on the car and they said cylinders 1 and 3 were not firing. They said they were all getting spark and the injectors were getting a signal. So, we figure the injectors 1 and 3 are bad. These two injectors are different from all others on the car. I bought the car like this and it has been running ok for a long time with these injectors. I don't know if they are the stock injectors, and the other 6 are aftermarket...I'm gonna post another message and see if someone can help me identify who made them.
